Who We Are

Ushuhuda Children’s Home is a beacon of hope for vulnerable children in Kenya. Located in a quiet corner of Mitero Village, our home has been a safe haven for children from impoverished backgrounds and orphaned situations since its humble beginnings.

We operate with the help of kind-hearted individuals, churches, and organizations that share in our vision. These partnerships have enabled us to meet daily needs such as food, clothing, school fees, learning materials, and healthcare. We remain deeply grateful to our supporters, whose contributions continue to shape a better future for our children.

What We Do

— We Find & Fund

We are always in touch with the community. We vet and look into each case with detail, gather history and approve kids for onboarding.

— We Provide &Care

We take care of the children just like in a family setup. Equality and equity well balanced. We provide food, Emotional Support and Shelter.

— We Educate

All our children are in school in different levels. We offer maximum guidance and support through our well wishers and staff academically.
